🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

We currently cover all customs duties and fees for shipments to:
USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.

For all other countries:
We will make every effort to minimize customs duties you may need to pay. However, if customs or import duties, fees, or taxes are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs taxes or duties.

📦 Delivery Policy

• We are unable to refund or replace packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure. We cannot issue refunds for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure address.

• Items returned due to an incorrect address can be resent only after being received back, and a re-shipping fee will apply.

• If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us immediately at SpicknallMangle8948@outlook.com  with your order number and correct details before shipment.

• In rare cases, customers may need to collect their package from the local post office. Refunds cannot be issued for uncollected packages.

• We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. As we ship from overseas, refused packages will not be returned to our warehouse.
